The previously undebatable topic on whether President Donald Trump can seek a third term in office is gaining increasing prevalence, mainly due to the Republican himself. Jeremiah Chin, assistant professor of law at the 麻豆社区, is interviewed.
In the last few months, some of President Tump's executive orders and initiatives have been blocked or delayed by federal judges. Today, a judge blocked DOGE from making cuts to USAID, and now Supreme Court Justice John Roberts is responding directly to Trump's call for a federal judge to be impeached.
